Returns and Exchanges
Except for bespoke products which are final sale, we accept products for returns and exchanges.
Unless a product is damaged or a wrong item is sent out to you, refunds will not be entertained. If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so by emailing us at email@example.com within 48hours of receipt of the product, and within 7 days of product receipt. The shipping cost and safe return of the original product in its unworn, unused condition is your sole responsibility. Please, get a tracking number when you send items back to us as we will not be responsible for any item that gets missing in transit.
When we receive the returned product(s) from you, we will process any refund due to you within 2 business days. This will be for damaged items or items wrongly sent. You will be refunded in full in your original form of payment, including the cost of standard delivery. If you received any discount or promotional code when you paid, any refund will reflect the amount you actually paid.
For exchange items, we will process another order for the same item and send to you within 5 business days. We will send you a notification by email when the exchange item ships The cost of shipping is your sole responsibility.
